Whether you are starting GLP-1 treatment, want an independent review of treatment you are already on, or need the skin and hair side looked at properly, the consultation is the whole product. No subscription, no registration fee, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Three different jobs, three different specialists. Booking the wrong one is not a disaster, we will redirect you, but this is the quickest way to get it right first time.
The ₹599 first consultation. An Internal Medicine specialist assesses whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you at all, screens for contraindications, and issues a prescription on the same call if it is clinically right.
The ₹799 second opinion. An independent review of your existing prescription, dose and brand by a doctor who did not prescribe it, with a written opinion you can take back to your own doctor.
The ₹999 dermatology consultation. Facial volume loss, diffuse hair shedding and loose skin assessed properly, the actual cause identified, and a prevention plan built around protein and pace.

If you have never been assessed for GLP-1 treatment, book the ₹599 first consultation with an Internal Medicine specialist. If you are already on treatment prescribed by someone else and want it reviewed independently, book the ₹799 second opinion. If your concern is facial volume loss, hair shedding or loose skin, book the ₹999 dermatology consultation.
All three are online, all three end with a written plan, and none of them require you to be an existing Karespot patient.
All consultations are conducted online by video or phone. There is no clinic visit and no waiting room, and you can attend from anywhere in India with a stable connection.
Registered medical practitioners in India may consult patients remotely, and any prescription arising from the consultation is issued by a registered doctor after assessing you individually.
Every Karespot prescriber holds MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine) and is registered with the National Medical Commission and their State Medical Council. Their registration numbers are published on our medical team page.
They are salaried clinicians. No Karespot doctor receives a commission for recommending a particular medicine, brand or plan.
No. All three consultations are open to anyone in India, whoever is currently treating you. You are not signing up to a programme by booking one.
You will receive a written summary you can take to your own doctor, and there is no obligation to buy medication or join anything afterwards.
A Karespot team member contacts you within 24 hours to arrange the call at a time that suits you, and tells you what to send in advance. For the second opinion and dermatology consultations, your records are reviewed before the call so the time is spent on your questions rather than on paperwork.
Then they will tell you, and explain why. Not everyone is a suitable candidate for GLP-1 therapy, and a consultation that ends in an honest no is doing its job.
Your doctor will discuss what would be appropriate instead, and you keep the written assessment either way.
No. The consultation fee is the whole fee: ₹599, ₹799 or ₹999 depending on which one you book. There is no registration charge and no subscription.
If you later decide to start treatment, the cost of medication and the support programme is shown transparently before you commit. Any blood tests a doctor recommends are arranged and paid for separately at a laboratory of your choice.
Everything you share is treated as confidential clinical information and is seen only by your treating doctor and the clinical team supporting your case. We do not contact your existing prescriber unless you ask us to.
Consultations happen online, and nothing arrives at your address unless you choose to start treatment, in which case it is sent in plain, unmarked packaging.
