Does Karespot deliver across India?
Yes. Medication is dispensed by a licensed partner pharmacy and shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to metros, smaller cities, towns and rural addresses alike.
The only exceptions are the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and some remote locations in the North East.
My city isn't listed. Can I still join the programme?
Yes, and this is the most common question we get about these pages. The city guides are written for specific places because local context is useful, but they are not a list of where we deliver.
Consultations are online, so you can take part from anywhere in India with a phone or laptop, and delivery reaches the whole country apart from the few regions named above. Not having a page for your town changes nothing about the programme, the price or the care team.
Do you deliver to smaller cities and rural areas?
Yes. Delivery is not limited to metros. Small cities, tier-two and tier-three towns and rural addresses are all served through our partner pharmacy's courier network.
Delivery can take slightly longer to remote addresses, which your Kare Team factors in when your next pen is dispatched so you are not left waiting mid-course.
How discreet is the delivery?
Nothing on the outside of the package identifies the contents, the medicine or Karespot as a weight-loss service. There is no clinic visit either, so the only people who know are the ones you choose to tell.
How is the medication kept cold in transit?
GLP-1 pens need to be stored between 2 and 8°C, so shipments are packed and routed to hold that temperature. Once your pen arrives, keep it refrigerated and never frozen.
This is the strongest reason to avoid buying these medicines from unverified online sellers: a pen that has broken its cold chain may not work as intended, and you have no way of knowing.
Do I need a prescription for delivery?
Yes. GLP-1 medicines are Schedule H, prescription-only. Nothing is dispatched without a valid prescription issued by your Karespot doctor after assessing you, and all supply complies with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and its Rules.
Is the programme different outside the metros?
No. The same doctor, registered dietician, psychologist and health coach are included everywhere, at the same price. There is no reduced version of the programme for smaller cities.
